Being too wired can be a shocking experience! This water heater has exposed wires, which is never good when electricity is involved.
This is a good example of a dangerous find on an inspection with an easy fix.

Sometimes our inspectors see some funny things on inspections… these pics just made me giggle. I am a label-a-holic so I can appreciate the thought that went into this but… apparently spelling is not this electrician’s forte!

Bacumming? Maybe Vacuuming? And I assume the "Loundry" is a really comfortable Lounge area where one can also wash their laundry?
Hahaa! I love these. The proofreader in me is boggled but all kidding aside, as long as the electrical “sistem” works, who really cares how well the electrician can spell?

When the inspector peeled back the shower curtain, they found a second curtain had been fixed to the shower wall…
it appears that they forgot to tile part of the shower and decided to just cover it up instead.
Barely noticeable, right? 🙂
