REAL ESTATE EXPO in ARCADIA, CA APRIL 12th!! (And my band is playing!)

Howdy Y’all!

I wanted to share this with all of my REALTOR friends in the LA area. The Arcadia Association of Realtors is having their 15th annual TECH and BUSINESS Expo on April 12th 9am-3pm at the beautiful Santa Anita Race Track! AAAAAND this year is extra special because after the expo we are having a networking mixer from 3-5 with beer, wine, and cheese and MY BAND Lookin’ for Trouble is playing! Here’s a little sample of one of our songs 🙂

If you’ve never attended this expo before I highly suggest that you come check it out. It’s one of the best local Expo’s around. It has grown to 600-800 attendees over the years and we are projecting 1000 attendees this year (1001 if you show up 🙂 )

They are having AMAZING speakers including Steven Graham from Active Rain (Keynote speaker at the Luncheon this year) who is going to show luncheon attendees “How to get your listing on the 1st page of Google in 30 minutes” AND do a live demonstration with someone’s listing (The Expo is free to REALTORS but the luncheon costs $20, however it is WELL worth it.) And also one of my personal favorite speakers Jared James, Real Estate Coach will be doing a breakout session at 1:15 on “7 Ways to Grow your Business Now”. He is a dynamic young real estate agent and coach with a fantastic business model. Highly recommend it if you have never heard him speak.

If I were you, I would show up for lunch, check out Jared James, hit up all of the vendor booths and then stay for the networking, drinks and hear me sing some blues tunes!
